Free Autism Teaching Tools

Below are a number of valuable teaching tools you can print for free. For best results, you will need a color printer. “Place-mats” are printed on 8 ½ X 14 paper and will need to be laminated. (Many places do this). Obviously - do not let you child chew or mouth any of the pieces printed out. These items should be used with parental supervision. Posters should be hung out of your child’s reach. You will need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader if you do not already have it. If you do not have it, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the links to download Adobe Acrobat Reader now.

Option One: A box may open up that will give you three choices, Open, Save, or Cancel. Choose open to simply open the selected file (The book or flash card you clicked). Choose save to save the file onto you computer. Choose cancel to not open the selected file. If this box does not open proceed to options two or three.

Option Two: Click the printer icon in the upper left corner to print your selection.

Option Three: Click the save/disk icon in the upper left corner, then save the file on your computer, where ever you like, for future use.
